Restaurant Week's non-participants
Some of the top-rated restaurants in D.C. are happy to participate when Restaurant Week comes around. The following establishments, however, just don't need to cut anyone a deal.
Marcel's
There are a few prices you could pay for a meal at Marcel's, depending on how many courses you want. For four, it's $85, and for seven, it's $145. The French-Belgian restaurant is for lovers of all kinds of meat.
