Here's how much broccoli you'd need to eat to equal the calories consumed by eating one (or two or five) Georgetown cupcakes. Broccoli, a member of the cabbage family, is approximately 25 calories per cup of florets, which also contain 3 grams of protein, 3 grams of fiber, and no fat. It's also very high in vitamin C.
