Cocova stocks five different bars from Potomac Chocolate, four with 70 percent dark chocolate, which include a nib and sea salt variety, and one at 82 percent. Next to them on the shelf are flavored bars from Zoe's Chocolate, which is based out of Waynesboro, Pa.
