Thousands of role players good (superheroes), bad (Nazis), and weird (you name it) created a virtual world inside a virtual city over the weekend during Katsucon, an eye-popping three-day cosplay convention thick with anime influence that took place Feb. 17-19 at the Gaylord Hotel at National Harbor, Md.
