Occupy Washington, DC camp at Freedom Plaza raided by Park Police
A day after raiding McPherson Square, Park Police did the same at Freedom Plaza. According to Occupy Washington, DC's website, 25 percent of the tents there were removed.
Just before 1 p.m. on Sunday, Park Police erected barricades around a section of Occupy Washington, DC's camp in Freedom Plaza, continuing their enforcement of a no-camping ban that began with a sweep of McPherson Square on Saturday.
