Brandon Hill (left) and Peter Chang as a pair form No Kings Collective inside 3401 Water St. NW, a vacant building underneath Whitehurst Freeway in Georgetown that they're converting into a temporary art exhibition and venue space. The 11-day long Water St. Project kicks off on Thursday, April 19 with a "PechaKucha Night" networking event, and the project's grand opening is Friday, April 20 at 8 p.m.
