Prior to becoming a coach, I spent twenty years in corporate America, holding top management positions in multi-billion dollar firms. I also worked for two small companies and was an investor in a high-tech start-up in the 90's.

I'm an author of two books, a keynote speaker, and a free-agent, multiple-streams-of-income entrepreneur. I have appeared on national TV (CNN) and over 400 radio shows, and in numerous newspapers and magazines.

I live in Denver, Colorado, with my fabulous wife Deborah. Our two children and five grandchildren live close by.
