Do's and Don'ts:

Do not be rude to her about this, use a loving and caring way to bring it up and by all means do not push her away, she might even be a bit insecure too. Just let her know you love her very much but you need some quiet time of your own to think and relax.

Say This:

Most men as they get older are more into the man cave thing, even younger men are, I have to give my husband time to relax after work at least an hour or two. He needs space to get the chaos of the day off of him. You should explain this to her and make time for both of you to have alone time. I love my time alone (I call it mom time). Did you ever think she just might be lonely also and she needs to make friends.
