Do's and Don'ts:

Be very very careful!! I work in the condo rental business on Panama City Beach. For those advising coming down for a winter/monthly stay, this is a good idea but I must advise you to actually talk to someone like me (in the biz) call directly to some properties, and DO NOT solely rely on VRBO!!
