Do's and Don'ts:

It scares me you are having to ask how to present this to this person if your level of communication isn't already a safe place for you to share honestly. If you are not ocmfortable enough to anticipate how he might react then maybe you want to hold off on the intimacy and the conversation.

Say This:

"It's clear we are very attracted to each other and I believe both of us hope this leads to an intimate physical relationship. Let's find a time to relax, talk about our expectations if we move to a new level and I have some history I need to share with you."
