I am crazy about journalism. Before stumbling into this field, I studied art, did a stint on a political campaign, and worked in college admissions, and I don’t think anything is better than writing and reporting for a living. While pursuing my master’s in journalism at the University of Missouri, I wrote for The Columbia Missourian and interned at Slate. As TBD’s most tech-challenged reporter, I’m proud to announce my conversion to Twitter. I hope to understand how to use my smart phone by 2011.

I’m a Midwesterner and thus regularly outraged at the price of everything in D.C.
