John Hendel On Foot Reporter
I grew up in St. Louis, learned journalism and history at the University of Missouri, and have lived in Washington D.C. since the summer of 2010. I moved here initially to work as a web producer for The Atlantic through the magazine's year-long fellowship program and couldn't have been more thrilled to come expand my journalistic voice at TBD and our website's On Foot blog.
As both a daily Metro rider and a city driver, I feel your pain.
