Things are looking up for the D.C. Lottery. Its mobile truck, despite being longer than District regulations permit, was allowed to park curbside anyway. And now, the Washington TImes reveals, it appears that a call for an investigation into the lottery's controversial contract has been thoroughly ignored.

The D.C. lottery truck has hit another speed bump, and it's rather big — as in, the Lucky Lottery Mobile is too big, legally speaking, to be considered a food truck. At 26 feet long, it's seven feet longer than what D.C. law permits, and the lottery is just realizing this now.
