With the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial dedication scheduled for Sunday — drawing the attention of the national media, some of whom have not been kind about the monument — Mayor Vince Gray hastily organized the "Full Democracy Freedom Rally and March," which piggybacked on King's message in making a case for D.C. voting rights. Hurricane Irene has ruined those plans, but at least the social-media march is still going strong, right?
