Video: Verizon Center transforms
Comment
Since their seasons overlap and there's only one Verizon Center, the Capitals and Wizards have had to learn how to share. When their games are scheduled back to back in one day, about 40 crew members must transform the ice rink into a basketball court or vice versa in just over three hours. Guessing the rosters (part two)
So let’s get it out of the way, shall we? The Nats brass has been hinting at Hagerstown for Bryce Harper’s regular-season debut since last fall, but I’m not buying it. Why? Reactions to JaVale McGee’s LA Dunk Story
The take away by most is that it was one of the most entertaining NBA All-Star weekends in a while, and JaVale McGee helped anchor it with his performance in the dunk contest on Saturday night. Was Blake Griffin really ever going to lose the contest in Los Angeles? Maybe … if Griffin had failed to complete a dunk within the allotted time when it counted.

My plan was to attend the game, tweet a little during, and then hang around the media scrum afterward to see if I could snag something interesting. Luckily for me, something interesting fell right into my lap involving Deron Williams of the Utah Jazz.
