The List cannot get enough taxicab complaints. Obtained from the D.C. Taxicab Commission, these precious allegations are so full of indignation, drama, and outrage that they each merit their own list of one. Today’s complaint: a local alleges distracted driving on multiple fronts.

1. Tale from a Blackberry

   The complainant delivers a vivid, present-tense account directly from the back of the cab via Blackberry. From his fingertips to the D.C. Taxicab Commission’s ear, he files these allegations against his driver: "This taxi driver is wearing headphones and driving while operating his phone. He is browsing pictures and multiple apps on the phone." This alleged multiple app browsing will not stand. The complainant seeks sanctions against this multitasking driver.
