Zoo event takes guests on a safari for the taste buds
No lions, no tigers and, fortunately, no bears. But, does a Pennsylvania strawberry gazpacho spark your interest? What about dim sum or even smoked duck and melon escabeche? Over 100 D.C. area restaurants and wineries participated in ZooFari, an event to help support the preservation of the National Zoo.
