Here's how it works:
Find a situation with which you have some experience (whether it's through your work or personal life), and write a short script to start the crucial conversation. Or, feel free to suggest a situation you'd like to address.
Make sure that your profile lists any personal passions or business expertise�this is a great resource for showing our community who you are and why you're knowledgeable about the topic at hand.
If the community finds your script to be helpful, they will award you a helpful "kudo."
